  Allan Cox, President, CEO, and Co-founder


Allan Cox has more than 30 years of leadership experience mostly in the semi-conductor industry. Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer at Quicksilver Technology, Inc. Before that Mr. Cox was Senior Vice President of Systems IC Business Unit in Toshiba America Electronic Components (TAEC). He was also a Member of Board of Directors of Artile Microsystems, and Member of Board of Advisors to several start-up enterprises. Prior to that Mr. Cox was the Chief Technical Officer of LG Semiconductor. Prior to that Mr. Cox was Vice President, Technology Executive Office of TAEC Mr. Cox was the initial founder of Toshiba’s ASIC business in US. Before that he held several technical management positions in Interdesign and Ferranti Computer. Mr. Cox received his BS in Physics from Bath University.

 
  Dr. Amir Zarkesh, Executive VP, Engineering, and Co-founder


Dr. Amir Zarkesh has been Director of Hardware Engineering at QuickSilver Technology in charge of HW deign and also company wide program management for HW/SW and application development. Prior to that he has founded and was CEO of ZAIAS Corporation. Prior to that Dr. Zarkesh was a co-founder and Principal of Transcendent Design Technology and a principal contributor to Open Verilog International Verilog-AMS standard. Transcendent was acquired by Innoveda and later by Mentor Graphics. Prior to that Dr. Zarkesh was a Principal Engineer in Quad Design group of Viewlogic Systems acquired by Synopsys. Dr. Zarkesh received his PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics and his masters in Electrical Engineering and in Physics from UCLA.

 
  Amit Ramchandran, VP, Engineering, and Co-founder


Mr. Ramchandran has been responsible for System Architecture and Logic Design in SoC Mosaic at Toshiba America Electronics Components. Previously, he was an architect and designer of an adaptive processor, at Quicksilver Technology. Mr. Ramchandran was part of the nine member architecture and design team for the Pentium-3 M series (Tualatin) at Intel. Prior to that, Mr. Ramchandran was responsible for Reconfigurable logic design at the Center for Self Organizing and Intelligent Systems (CSOIS Utah). He also worked with Space Dynamics Lab and Center of Excellence for Smart Sensors in Utah. Mr. Ramchandran has B.E. from the University of Madras, India and MS in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University.

 
  Ron Adolphson, Treasurer


Mr. Adolphson has over 30 years of experience in business and finance. Mr. Adolphson has been the CFO of BayStone Software, Inc. until its sale to Remedy Corporation. He has been the CEO of AIM, Inc., an investment management company since its founding in 1981 and a partner in the consulting firm of Adolphson and Dunnett since 1982. Prior to 1981, Mr. Adolphson held senior financial positions with Continental Motors Corp. in Musgegon Michigan, Jarecki Tool and Die, also in Michigan and the law firm of Margolis, Chatzky, Dunnett and Muehenbeck in California. He is a CPA and began his career with Deloitte and Touche. Mr. Adolphson is active in several start-up companies involved in state of the art technology and holds board seats on a number of established companies in the Bay Area.

 
  Bob Dunnet, Legal Counsel


Mr. Dunnett has been a practicing lawyer for 30 years. His experience includes a significant focus on business issues and organizations. He currently serves on several Boards which conduct business in various industries, including software, service, brokering and robotics. In addition, he concentrated for several years on international taxation. Mr. Dunnett has been a partner in the consulting firm of Adolphson and Dunnett since 1982. He served as general counsel to Baystone Software, Inc. before its purchase by Remedy Corporation. Prior to 1982 he was a partner in Dunnett, Bays and O’Connell. He received his law degree from Boalt Hall, University of California, Berkeley.
